Berth waiting at the main Black Sea terminals has come down from the peaks of last winter, yet total door-to-door lead times have barely improved.
The reason is inland: truck availability between production sites and the port gate now sets the schedule. We plan loading windows backwards from truck capacity, not from vessel ETA.
